We prioritize official emergency agencies, governments, the IFRC, UN bodies, and established relief organizations, followed by Reuters, AP, BBC, and other reputable newsrooms. Each event has one continuously maintained article.
Verification and corrections
Sources, identifiers, retrieval times, and content hashes are retained. Conflicting credible reports remain under review; figures and dates are never guessed. Corrections update the original event article and its timeline.
Translation
English is canonical. Only changed sections enter the external translation workflow. Failed translations leave English current and mark Traditional Chinese as outdated. Human-locked passages are never overwritten.
